After that and in a matter of time you receive our response confirming the booking with us. How far in advance should I book a transfer? We recommend booking your transfer as soon as your travel plans are finalized, especially during peak season (May-September). What happens if my flight is delayed? Don’t worry, we monitor flight arrivals to ensure timely pick-up even if your flight is delayed. There is no extra charge for delayed flights. Can I request a specific driver for my transfer? We cannot guarantee a specific driver, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Is there an extra charge for luggage? No, there is no extra charge for luggage. However, please let us know in advance if you have any oversized or excessive luggage. How will I find my driver at the airport? Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it. We monitor flight arrivals to ensure timely pick-up. Do you offer any other services besides transfers? Our taxi can accommodate up to 4 passengers, our mini-vans up to 8 and 9 passengers, and our buses up to 20 passengers. If you have a larger group, please contact us for a customized quote.
